THE THIRST PROJECT
the thirst project is an organization in which students help raise money to build wells for the people in africa who don't have access to clean water. the thirst project was born when college students decided they wanted to know more about bringing clean water to the people that dont have it. they started raising money to help them. to solve this problem we can raise money and help people in need who cant have clean water in africa. the cost to build a well is about 7,800 to 20,000.
the countries that need our help are uganda and kenya . we can help by raising money and giving it to the thirst project. even with one dollar we can help millions of families that dont have access to clean water. they are getting sick because the water its dirty and they have to walk miles to find water in the hot weather. we can changed this simply by donating one dollar. the water they drink it contains parasites and kids are dying because of not having clean water.
i feel that we can changed the world we live in and to accomplished that we can help others and help thousands to help them get clean water. my experienced when raising one dollar was nice and i felt that i was doing the right thing to help others. people asked me what was it for and i proudly said to them that dollar was going to help thousands. i explained to them why and the importance of helping raising money to help others. it was a wonderful experienced.

CARDIO
Cardio means cardio vascular exercise. cardio is the most common form of weight loss exercise. it it effective and it increases the heart rate and the metabolism too which help you loose weight. To work out your heart you need to exercise for at least 20 minutes. its important to work out your heart because the more you work out your heart the longer it stretches. the more it stretches you are able to get more oxygen in your lungs. thats how you built resistance and if you play sports that helps you a lot.
Some of the cardio vascular activities you can do are soccer, running, and swimming. these activities work out your heart. when you jog, you are working out every part of your body. also for soccer you work out every part of your body and your heart is being worked. in swimming for example if you freestyle for an hour you are burning 400 to 700 calories which is pretty good. you can loose weight really fast using this cardio vascular activities.
To live a healthier life you can eat a balanced diet and exercise regularly for at least for one hour. also if your goal is to loose weight and be in shape i recommend the cardio vascular activities i just mentioned. like soccer, swimming, or a simply jog. In physical education what we do to raise our heart rate we run laps around our school. by running we are working out our hearts. during summer im going to play soccer and run every day to work out my body and be fit. also im going to lift weights to build muscle and stay in shape and fit.
